Basero is a platform for posting and finding rooms, flats, PGs, and roommates. Basero is not a property owner, broker, or party to any agreement between users.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Basero.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your password or create fake accounts.
Basero does not guarantee that listings are accurate or that users are genuine. Always verify details before making any payment or agreement.
Payments for premium listings or subscriptions are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Basero is not responsible for payments made directly between users.
Basero is not responsible for disputes, fraud, property damage, payment losses, or any issues arising between users.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Gujarat, India.
